How I Spent My 4th of July Weekend!

Thursday; got up early to work in yard. Disturbed nest of bees while pruning bushes. Got stung multiple times. Spent rest of day recuperating and watching television. Missed barbecue and fireworks.
Friday; got up early to go hiking in mountains. Slipped along trail, badly scraping knee and elbow. Returned home and spent rest of day recuperating and watching television.
Saturday; got up early to go to beach. Played volleyball. Twisted ankle. Forgot sunscreen. Hobbled home at noon with bad sunburn and spent rest of day recuperating and watching television.
Sunday; I'm no quitter! Got up early to go shopping at Mall. Rear ended in parking lot. Nasty headache from air bag deploying. Returned home (via cab) and spent rest of day recuperating and watching television.
What I learned on my 4th of July weekend; I watch way too much television!
