To obtain the shipping amount of your order, please add the item(s) you would like to purchase to the Shopping Cart, then click on the "View Cart" button to start the checkout process. You will need to complete your shipping address information in order for the shipping cost to appear. You can also call Customer Service to get your order's shipping cost, or simply estimate shipping costs at about 10%. However, we do have minimum shipping amounts regardless of order size. Any overpayments will be promptly refunded, applied as a credit on your account, or used towards future orders. Occasionally, due to size or weight issues, shipping amounts will exceed the 10% estimate. In this event, Customer Service will contact you with updated information before processing your order.
With a bank money order or cashier check.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the money order or cashier check to clear before your order can be shipped.
With Personal or Business Checks.
Each check is required to have the following:
- Pre-printed name
- Pre-printed serial number (no temporary or starter checks)
- Complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes)
- Telephone number with area code
- Driver's License Number and State of issuance
For existing customers pre-paying with a check, your order will usually be processed within 1-2 days of receiving your check.
Each remittance of payment by personal or business check is considered authorization to convert that particular check into an electronic transaction. You have the option to choose not to have your check converted to an electronic transaction. You must notify us in writing that you choose this option.
If you choose not to have your check electronically processed or your check does not meet the above requirements please allow 5-10 business days for the check to clear the bank before your order can be shipped.
At this time, we do not accept PayPal eChecks.(What is an eCheck?)
Please add 7.25% state sales tax to fax and mail orders. Orders placed on our web site will have the sales tax added when invoiced. If you already have a California or Nevada Seller's Permit on file with us, it is not necessary to add the sales tax.
California/Nevada Seller's Permit.
If you have a valid California or Nevada Seller's Permit, state law requires us to have a signed "Resale Verification Form" on file in order to make your account tax exempt. If you are setting up your online customer profile for the first time, the shopping cart will display the tax. Please provide your resale information by completing our Resale Verification Form. Jewelry Supply Policies
It's so easy! You may return any un-used JewelrySupply products up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Simply send the unwanted products, in the original condition and packaging, to JewelrySupply, 1143 N Market Blvd Ste 1, Sacramento, CA 95834, for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please include a copy of the invoice; and use sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive undamaged.
Products returned after 90 days will not be accepted. Let’s be realistic, if you no longer want it, we probably don’t either. Donate it to your local Charity or Thrift Shop. They’ll love it, and you’ll get that warm, fuzzy feeling inside!
For exchanges, please return un-used products as explained above. Then, place a new order through our website or with Customer Service.
Orders which are refused or go unaccepted by the recipient without prior authorization from our Customer Service department will be assessed a 25% restocking fee to cover the outgoing and return shipping costs.
Special Request Orders: Large product volumes or non-stock items specifically ordered at the customer's request are non-returnable.
In the rare case that you receive damaged or defective product, please contact Customer Service prior to sending it back. Our helpful Customer Service Team will resolve the issue promptly.

USA and Canada: We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery. However, occasionally backorders do occur. In the event of a backorder, items will be shipped as soon as they come into stock. There are no additional shipping charges added to backordered items. Please e-mail or call Customer Service if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.
All items on backorder for more than 30 days will be canceled in our system and a credit will be issued. Please add those items to your next order.
USA and Canada:
No additional shipping charges are added to backordered items. Backorders with a total value of $5 or more will be shipped as soon as they come into stock. Backorders with a total value of less than $4 will be canceled and refunded. Please e-mail or call Customer Service if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.International Backorders: At this time we do not backorder out of stock items on International orders. A credit will be issued for all items that do not ship.
Limited Edition Items and Discontinued Items. There are no backorders on Limited Edition items or Discontinued Items. A credit will be issued for any Limited Edition or Discontinued items that do not ship.
Drop ship items.
- Items that ship directly from the manufacture. Rush processing and other expedited shipping options are not available for these items. Most drop ship items are shipped UPS ground and have a one-week lead-time. Most drop ship items are marked as drop ship items. Occasionally an item can unexpectedly go out of stock and we create a drop shipment from the manufacture.
- Jewelrysupply.com occasionally offers discounts through coupons, advertisements, fliers and other resources. These discounts may not be used in conjunction with one another and do not apply to Sale Items, Limited Edition Items, Closeout Items or Special Offers. JewelrySupply Inc reserves the right to end any coupon or advertisement without notification.
