Returning items is easy!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Jewelry Supply you can return your item(s) within 365 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Items returned within 45 days of delivery are entitled to a refund to the original method of payment.
  • Any items returned after 45 days of delivery will be issued a Store Credit.
  • Items returned in non-original condition will be issued a Store Credit.
