tarnished - terrible quality
Received these gold hoops and the quality is bad. They are clearly old and tarnished and the plating isn’t good at all. The silver ones were fine but the gold were not at all useable for my purposes

A:
Base Metal is any non-precious metal e.g. copper, zinc, nickel, brass. Can be plated with silver, gold, gunmetal, copper or brass.
