1) Take the 3" length of chain and cut it into two 1½" lengths. Open the loop on each of the earwires and thread one of the 1½" lengths onto each. Close the loops on the earwire after doing this.

2) Take one of the headpins and thread on one of the Smoked Topaz Bicones. Make a simple loop with the remaining wire and attach it to the end of one of the 1½" lengths of chain. Repeat for the other earring.

3) Take another headpin and thread on a Crystal Golden Shadow Bicone. Beginning from the top of the chain, attach this headpin to one of the uppermost links. Take another two headpins and two more Crystal Golden Shadow Bicones and attach to various upper links on this same piece of chain. Repeat this step for the other earring. (It helps to keep track of which link you attached biconed headpins to so that the earrings look somewhat symmetrical)

4) Repeat step #3 again for both earrings, but this time, use the Crystal Red Magma Bicones.

5) More than half of your chain on either of the earrings should already be beaded up - you should have at least three free links left to attach each of the final three bicones (the last link has the Smoked Topaz bicone attached to it already). Thread an Indicolite Bicone onto a headpin and attach this to the first free link. Thread a Turquoise Bicone onto another headpin and attach this to the second free link. Thread on another Indicolite Bicone onto another headpin and attach this to the last free link, just before the last link that the Smoked Topaz Bicone is attached to. Repeat this step for the other earring. Done!
