Q: Are these nickel free?

A: Gold filled is over a brass core and does not contain any nickel.

Q: What do I use if the item is suggested for a project and it is discontinued? I need the posts for earring backs

A: You can probably use either the 4mm item number PC404 or the 6mm item number PC604. For smaller pearls use the 4mm and for larger pearls use the 6mm.
