1) Take a headpin and thread on an Emerald Cube, a Siam Cube, a Crystal Golden Shadow Cube, and a Bow Bead.

2) Create a Simple loop with the remaining wire and thread the loop onto the connector loop at the base of one of the Lever Back Earwires.

3) Repeat both steps to create the other earring.
