1) Take the 7" length of chain and one of the silky ribbon and tie the very end of the ribbon to the last link on one end of the chain. Snake the ribbon through every other link on the chain making sure that the chain doesn't get twisted up in the process. When you reach the end of the length of chain, tie the end of the ribbon to the last link as you did with the first and cut the remaining ribbon away with your sidecutters (or a sharp pair of scissors).

2) Tie the other length of ribbon to the same link that you did with the first ribbon and then weave the ribbon through the links that you didn't go through with the first ribbon. Make sure to keep the chain straight and make sure that the ribbon is giving the appearance of being swirled around each other. When you get to the last link in the chain, tie off the ribbon as you did on the other end of the chain and then cut the ribbon away with your sidecutters (or a sharp pair of scissors).

3) Open all seven of the jump rings and use two of them to attach the toggle clasp to either end of the length of chain. Use the remaining five jump rings to attach the five charms to the bracelet. Make sure all jump rings and ribbon knots are secure and you're done.
