Can I designate someone to make Will-Call pickup?
Yes, you can assign someone other than yourself to pickup the order. You will need to contact JewelrySupply.com and assign a designated pickup person and have him or her bring the Will-Call order invoice with photo identification for pickup. We will not release your order unless the assigned pickup person's photo identification matches the information on your Will-Call order invoice.
Can I return items to Will-Call?
Yes. In most cases, we will accept your returns and transfer them back to the processing center for free. However, you will need to contact JewelrySupply.com regarding your return before we accept your packages. The Will-Call service center will verify your product and quantity with your approved return, but will not process your return for refund or replacement. The return center will handle the final return processing after it is received.
Where do I find the Will-Call pickup invoice?
You can print a copy of the Will-Call order invoice from your account during check out or from your order confirmation e-mail.
How do I select Will-Call as my shipping option?
If your order is eligible for Will-Call pickup, then during the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to select Pick Up At JewelrySupply instead of the usual shipping methods. Afterwards, you will need to print your Will-Call order invoice and bring it with you when you pickup your order.
How long will you hold my order for pickup?
We will hold your order for 7 calendar days after you receive your confirmation e-mail. Throughout the 7 days, we will remind you that your order is ready for pickup. At the end of the 7 day period, we will restock your order and process a refund.
