White List

ISPs

Most email providers are now filtering messages based on content, subject line, or the sender's address and may put your email into a bulk or junk mail folder. To avoid this, make sure to add @jewelrysupply.com to your "approved sender" list or "whitelist". You can also add us to your "address book."

Spam Blocker Software
If you have recently installed new spam filter software, make sure you check the settings to allow emails from @jewelrysupply.com. The "default" settings are often much more restrictive than you might wish.
