Will you store my credit card information?

    For your protection we do not store credit card numbers on our web servers. You will need to enter your credit card information for every order.

Large volume buyers please note: Requests for additional discounts on particularly large orders and special orders will be considered on a per order basis. What does LE or Limited Edition Mean?

    Limited Edition (or LE as an abbreviation) means that the item is not stocked on a permanent basis. We have purchased a limited quantity and once the inventory has been sold, the item will be discontinued from our website. We will not offer backorders on Limited Edition items.

What does GP & SP mean?

    GP = Gold Plated/Gold Color
    SP = Silver Plated/Silver Color
    These are plating’s on base metal findings to give the color of Silver or Gold.

How do I request a sample?

    At this time, we do not have a sample program. However, we don't have a minimum order requirement and we offer a 30-day return policy if you are not completely satisfied.

Can I have my products engraved or printed?

    We do not offer engraving or printing on our products.

Do you have retail stores?

    We sell our products exclusively through our web site and do not have a retail store.
