Q: This watch vise came with no instructions. I've been putting batteries and doing lots of other repairs to watches for years and I buy most of my supplies from you. This vise is impossible to figure out how to use. I really would like some instructions. My husband is a woodworker and has many vises and he also can't figure out how it works. Can you send me instructions or tell me where I can find them?

A: First, unscrew the bottom of the vise in order to slide it over the edge of a table or bench. Tighten securely. Next, screw or unscrew the center knob to open or close the vise depending on the size of the watch. The springs allow you to apply pressure and hold the watch securely without damaging the watch.
