Q: I am the Commander of the Associted Veterans of Loveland, CO Honor Guard. We are very interested in these 4" X 5" black velvet bags We would be purchasing a minimum of 100 units. Would you have a special price available?? We use these to place shell casings in for presentation to the family of the veteran.
