Azurite is a deep blue colored mineral that often grows with malachite. This gemstone is unstable in air and over time, air will weather the azurite, causing it's surface to chemically change to malachite. Azurite is found in Greece, Russia, the Black Forrest in Germany and in various locations in Australia, China, England, Mexico and the United States.

So beautiful and vibrant. Each bead is slightly different, which makes them each gorgeous on their own. Definitely great quality and the least expensive you can find for such quality. Already placed my next order!

Love that I could find authentic Azurite beads in the 8mm size at a cost effective price. Holes were drilled pretty much true to size. Each strand will make almost 2 bracelets at the average 7 inch size. These are even more beautiful in person and exactly what I ordered. Great quality, especially for the price. PLEASE offer those of us in Hawaii a more affordable shipping option for the future. Since shipping does not relate to the gemstones I am still leaving a 5 star rating. The product is exactly as described and Azurite not only urges the soul towards enlightenment, but it also is known for its healing properties when it comes to: throat problems, arthritis and joint issues, aligning the spine and heals the kidneys, liver, gallbladder, spleen, thyroid, bones, teeth and skin while encouraging the development of a fetus in the womb. I like to recommend this stone to friends who become pregnant to assist with the development of their baby and hopefully help prevent any unfortunate events.
