Q: I have been looking for a tube with rings/loops attached to it that would slip over the spring bar for my watch and allow for attaching the strung beads to the rings. (Or perhaps a new spring bar with rings/loops attached to it.) I’d like to make a beaded band but the only way I see used for attaching it to the spring bar is hooks on the ends of strung beads. I think this takes away from the appearance of the band. If you don’t have a cover can you suggest something else?

A: It sounds like you need to have a jeweler solder jump rings to the bar. Then you could attach head pins strung with beads. Here's a link to the head pins: https://www.jewelrysupply.com/jewelry-head-pins
