Q: I am looking for earring backs that have rubber/silicone or some other similar product INSIDE the stainless steel part of the earring back. I find that most, if not all, of the earring backs of this type on the market do not have this feature, and do not therefore "grip" the post when earring is inserted. Posts vary in size/gauge, and therefore, most earring backs do not offer a tight fit around the post unless one is lucky enough to have just the right gauge post. I used to be able to find these type of earring backs with a cushiony inside. DO THESE POSTS HAVE A CUSHIONY INSIDE THAT WILL ADJUST TO THE GAUGE OF THE POST SO THAT THE EARRING IS SECURE? I am looking to find a secure earring back with "grip" to it. Thank you!
Q: I have small earlobes.. will disc be seen hanging???
Q: Could you please tell me what is the diameter of the hole? What range of sizes of posts could it fit?
Q: Will it fit over a straight gold post? Do I need screw post?
Q: 22guage is pretty large, .064 millimeters,,,,so the average post will not work, are you sure the hole is that size? cuz thats really big.
Q: Are these able to be glued onto beadwork?
