A staple for cleaning-up sticky craft projects, Super Solvent can remove sticky glue and glue residue from hands, fingers, metals, crystal, glass and nearly any surface. The solvent should be applied to the surface and gently rubbed until the glue begins to dissolve and disappear from undesired areas. Each container of Super Solvent contains two (2) fluid ounces to assist in the clean-up process. This solvent is also a great solution for removing super glue adhesives and E6000.

Tube contains 2 fluid ounces.

Q: Can this be use to thin down thick CA glue before the glue is used?

A: No, this Super Solvent will dissolve the glue. There is not any way we are aware of to thin down a CA glue.

Q: can this be used to remove white gorilla glue from car paint?

A: This glue does not specify about using on painted surfaces. I would test it in a non conspicuous place first.

Q: Would this product be safe to use on the back of a piece of enameled copper jewelry? I have several pieces that need replacement of pinback findings on the back, but I don't want to damage the enameling on the front of the copper. One appears to have super glue and the other a clear gloppy glue like E-6000. Thanks!

A: If you can use is gently without letting the solvent touch the enamel then yes. If the solvent would have to touch the enamel to be removed I do not recommend using this as it will dissolve the enamel.

A: Super Solvent is safe to use with most paints and finishes, but some fabrics, colorings, and materials may be affected.
