Our Sticky Bead Mat XL is double-sided, and made of sticky silicone. One side is indented with U-shaped channels like a traditional bead board, and holds beads and small parts in place while measuring and arranging before stringing. The other side is flat, for use as a bead board! Both sides are marked with measurements in both inches and centimeters. Best of all, it's flexible and can be rolled up for travel.

This Sticky Bead Mat XL is portable, works great for holding beads in place, and cleans easily, simply by rinsing with water.

So useful!

I found two different but equally great ways to use this mat. One is as intended, to lay out a pattern of beads before stringing - the stickiness keeps them from rolling around so you can play with the design easily. The other is for use while seed beading - I drop the beads sometimes. With tiny seed beads, if they roll or bounce, I'll never find them again. So I use this as a safety mat underneath my loom, so that when beads drop, they're not lost and wasted, they just stick! I've used smaller sized sticky mats, but this one is great for a catch pad and for doing full necklaces.

Nice Matt - Stops Beads in their Tracks

I love this bead pad. I can pour beads right onto the pad and they don't roll any place! Saves lots of time looking for missing beads on the floor. Also, measurements for inches is very accurate.

I've wanted one for a long time

This bead mat works wonders for keeping those bouncy little beads from hitting the floor and my having to search for them! It says "extra large", but it is actually much smaller than I expected. Make sure to check out the measurements for your needs.
