A: It is actually rubber tubing that can be cut with regular cutters.

Q: How do you use this? I'e never heard of this?

A: Soft glass tubing is really made of a rubber material and it is hollow. It is called soft glass because it looks like etched glass but it isn't made of glass and is flexible. It is great for making necklaces and bracelets.
