These work really well with my 14K white gold diamond studs, after losing one of my backs that came with the set. They are very secure and I have nothing negative to say about them. The price was very reasonable as well.

For standard posts or thicker

I tried these with the white gold pearl posts I bought here. The posts are slightly thinner than standard, and these backs didn't grip well. I tried them on standard earrings, and have no complaints.
