Excellent!

These are exactly what I have been searching for. The rubber is not soft it is firm which is easier to grip thus allowing a strong hold. I had much softer rubber backs and it might be okay for small earrings but these are excellent. Worth every dime!...

These are a good solid material. Definitely not very flexible (which is good for my purposes).

Could be a tad smaller but still ok.

I like these well enough. They are a tad big, but I can handle them! Some of these are so tiny, I drop them on the floor and then can’t find them.
