Must have for ring making

I had two other Mandrels before I got this one. The accuracy of size is spot on and the brushed aluminum finish gives it a slip free surface for wire wrapping rings. Love this product

Q: Are the gradiaunt lines ingraved on this item?

A: There are 1/4" measurements that are etched onto one half of the ring stick (meaning that the etched lines do NOT go completely around the circumference of the stick). The etching is barely felt if you run your fingers over it, and ensures easy to read measurements without fear of wearing off with use.
