Because I make so many different earrings with the numerous charms I purchase from JewerlySupply, I was excited to purchase this inexpensive stand, because it holds so many earrings! Unfortunately, when it arrived one arm was snapped off in shipping! I contacted Customer services and was immediately given 3 options, a replacement, a refund, or a credit to my account! I was actually really shocked that they did not require me to return the broken item. I took the option if a credit to my account based on they more than fair response!
