The type of Gold, the dimnations of the earring back and information.

I like the look of the backs. They are stylish and look comfortable. I can't see why anyone wouldn't want a pair.

Great hold

Q: will this back take a 16 gauge post wire for earring?

A: 16 gauge is far too heavy for any ear back. Ear backs can handle up to 20 gauge.

Q: referring to my earlier question,typically indian earrings are that gauge hence the problem :) and thats why the question,any suggestions?

A: short of drilling the hole larger, there are no earring backs that we know of in 16 or 18 gauge.

Q: I have some pearl earrings that have very thin posts. Will these have a small enough post hole for them or do you recommend something else?

A: Most earring backs have the same size hole to accommodate most all earrings. If the earring back is too loose you can tighten it by squeezing the curls closer together with a pair of chain nose pliers.
