Q: are there any sort o fasteners on the back so the chains don't slip?

A: Unfortunately only the busts have fasteners while the display boards do not. Necklaces can be secured in the back with a small piece of tape or possibly add a small piece of Velcro that will add security that will last.

Q: Can these stands be hung as well? Is there any kind of notch or hole for hanging in the back or just the easel?

A: They only have an easel on the back and nothing for hanging them.
