Good quality

Good quality products. At first thinking not pure 925 because my magnet stuck to it. After being reminded about a spring being inside and rechecking to find that I was wrong. Just don't tell the wife I admitted it.

Lobster claw replacement.

I incorrectly measured the Lobster Claw I needed to replace as I didn't know how to correctly do it, so the CL145 claw that I ordered was too small. I called customer service and the gentleman that answered told me how to correctly measure the claw and graciously sent me the next size claw over the CL145. Great customer service that helped me to solve my repair problem as well as educational.
