Q:
How do I get the lense into the slot? (It appears it will break the pieces set to hold it.)

A:
The first couple of times when you change the lenses it may seem a little hard to remove them. They do just snap in and out.

Q:
Do these work when the object that needs magnifying is an arm’s-length away—say 30” or so? I am in need of wearable magnifying glasses for painting my toenails. (Due to back issues, I’m not able to bend like I used to, which makes giving myself a pedicure very difficult.) If this is not the right product for that, which is the right one? I very much appreciate your help! Btw, I wear glasses for nearsightedness if that makes a difference in your recommendation. I can see perfectly well without glasses as long as the object is within 12 inches or so from my eyes.

A:
Unfortunately, this and all of the others have shorter working distances than you are requiring. The most you would get is about 10 inches. Maybe our item number EL204 OptiVISOR Flex-a-Mag Magnifier 4X will work better for your needs as you could put your foot under it and see from the other side.
