Potato Pearls range in shape from round to oval, and have a lumpy surface appearance that resembles a potato. Because of their uneven surface, they add character and uniqueness to any Necklace, Anklet, or Bracelet. Our Pearls are graded A, A/B, B, B/C or C quality; A being the very best quality, while C, would be medium quality.

All measurements are done by the width of the Pearl, and please understand that pearls may vary in size per strand. Our Pearls are strung on temporary strands and should be re-strung before wearing. Please see our selection of Carded Bead Cords to find a color right for your selection of Pearls.

These are wonderful beads. Good quality too. I bought these beads intending to use them with pink beads in a pink bracelet. But they didn't look good with pink. So I made a bracelet with just these and I also used black and silver. It looks wonderful.

WOW !

Fab color beautiful is so inadequate to describe the beauty of the freshwater gems... this is such a great shade of dusty rose...WOW isn't enough to sing their beauty..

Obvious Miss-drilled Holes

I must have accidentally received what someone was trying to throw in the garbage. Sometimes I get a strand and one or two pearls will have mis-drilled holes. However, almost half of the pearls on these strands were mis-drilled in obvious places. Some were mis-drilled more that once! The color was a beautiful dusty rose but they would be much nicer without the unwanted cavities...

Q: Are these dyed or natural?

A: During the growth process of these pearls they are treated with unique dyes that permanently alter the color of the pearls. The Dusty Rose color of these pearls will not wear off.
