The EuroCrimper is designed to close 2mm-3mm round and tube crimps smoothly and unobtrusively. Crimps are small beads or tubes used to hold wire or string ends firmly so that the design will not unravel and clasps can be attached. Crimp beads and tubes are essential to properly finishing a necklace or bracelet so that a clasp can be attached. These pliers will close the crimp in the most efficient and attractive manner possible. Includes instructions.

Q: I just received my pair of dual euro crimpers. The first thing I noticed is that the jaws do not completely close. The jaws only make contact at the beginning position for a 3mm crimp. This does not look right to me. Shouldn’t there be 4 points of contact? I think this crumpet is defective

A: It is meant for rounding and folding. If too much pressure is applied then it will split the crimp and break. The tool leaves enough room to hug the wire tightly but not too tight.
