Q: Can the watch case wrench be used to open screw backs with flats and also screw backs with notches?

A: I know it works with watch backs that have notches. I am unfamiliar with screw back watches that have flats. Most flat watch backs have a lip somewhere on the edge to use a bench knife to pop it off.
