Q: What is the gauge of the silver used to make these earring backs? What is the hole size? Do you have lower bulk prices for quantities over 100? 500? Thank you!

A: these backs are made from 26 gauge sheet and have a slight corrugation to add strength. They have 24 gauge holes which accommodate almost any ear post.

Q: I'm still learning about gauge sizes. If I have a post that is 21 gauge, will it fit into the 24 gauge hole and will it be too loose?

A: The hole will be too small as 24 gauge is smaller than 21 gauge.
