A: Crimping pliers are always recommended for a cleaner finished look. Try our PL125.

Q: Does 8X3 EZ Crimp fit Beadalons 19Gauge costed Wire?

A: It should fit. It might be a bit tight but it should work. If it is too tight you can ream the hole a bit as well.

Q: What is the purpose of crimping an EZ crimp, in the middle; seems like it would damage the cord? How hard should you press with special tool, to crimp in the middle of crimp, is this done first or second?

A: Crimping is what secures your cord to the crimp end. You can also add a touch of glue before inserting and crimping for added security.

Q: How doe you use the EZ crimp end on beadalon wire. Do you dbl the beading wire in the crimp tube? Thank you for your help

A: You can double it but it isn't necessary. I would also add a touch of glue for extra security.

Q: I’ve used the EZ Crimps for many years now & just squeeze them together with pliers to finish them, & they’re good to go for many years & are dependable. But I’ve always wondered if there’s some type of open cover that would fit easily around the crimp stem. It would then have a more finished look. What would you recommend, & what size? It sure would make happy to see that “finished look! Thanks ??
