Fire Polishing: After a Glass Bead is created, the bead is once again subjected to heat and flame. This intense heat melts the surface of the bead, smoothing the rough edges and flat surface areas. As the bead cools, it retains the "soft" finish, which makes for a beautiful, uniformly shaped bead, featuring great depth and clarity.

Beautiful Bead!

I love these sparkling like balls of crystal. I personally purchased them for use in making red and white beaded ornaments for the holiday! Great for many other projects as well!
