This is actually dead soft and we have corrected this information. Unfortunately 6'x3" is the largest that we carry.

Yes, 24 gauge copper sheet can be cut with heavy-duty scissors. We recommend metal shears or tin snips for basic cuts, but for the best results, especially for intricate jewelry work, a jeweler's saw will provide cleaner, more precise cuts.
