Great for copper earrings
I got these to make copper earrings using BD220 Copper Spiral Drop 9mm. They are going to become spiral dangle earrings that some believe have metaphysical effects. They are also a symbol common in prehistoric rock carvings (petroglyphs.)

It is mostly smoothed out at the end, but it's a little rough around the edges. I wouldn't say it is sharp either.
