A: If you are looking at the "B" image, you would want to make your cut and glue back in on the left side (our left side as we're looking at the picture). There is a crimp-type device on the other half of the bracelet, so if it's cut from there, no hope in getting the bracelet back together. Incidentally, the "crimp-type" device is also the same side that you would use to un-screw the clasp from the bracelet to add beads if that helps to explain a bit better. It will be a tight fit to get that rubber glued back into the finding, but I think it could be done. Answer provided by:  Michelle B. (7/5/2019)
