Great color and nicely rolled on spool.
I appreciated that the wire was of high quality for jewelry and on a spool with out kinks. It arrived when expected and was as described on internet site.

Q:
There is a popular jewelry company who make handcrafted hammered jewelry with a matrial they call "yellow bronze." Do you think that it could actually be this type of brass? Or any other suggestions? Thank you

A:
Although they look very much the same, Bronze is a slightly heavier metal due to a higher Copper content. A lower Copper content and higher Zinc content is used to make Brass.

Does this wire tarnish easily or turn the skin green quickly?

A:
Brass naturally does tarnish and can be cleaned with a soft jewelry cloth. It should not turn the skin green.

If I apply a patina to this wire will it show a tarnish/patina? Or is it somehow coated?

It is a bare brass wire and you can apply a patina to this wire.
