Bobblers?
Posted by on 2/19/2013

I was so busy setting up my prize collection of Presidential bobbleheads that I completely forgot to write this week's story! I only display the collection once a year, on Presidents Day, and it takes a lot of time to set it up. It seems like I can never remember the correct order. Is it Millard Fillmore before William Taft, or the other way around? Then, of course, I have to figure out which First Lady bobblehead goes with which President bobblehead. I used to have a collection of Presidential Dog bobbleheads, but that was really weird. So I sold them off and started collecting the far more exciting Secret Service bobbleheads.
Contrary to public opinion, bobbleheads are not toys, and they are certainly not Dolls! Bobbleheads fall under the "action figures" category of collectibles.
There are a lot of us Bobblers, as we like to be called, and we are very serious collectors. In fact, once a year we all gather in beautiful Des Moines, Iowa for our annual convention; Bobblecon. Attended by Bobblers from all around the world, Bobblecon is always very exciting! We look at each other's Presidential bobbleheads, we talk about Presidential bobbleheads, we trade Presidential bobbleheads, and,..well, that's about all we do.
You know, that gives me an idea; what do you think about combining my two favorite things; Beads and Bobbleheads. I can see it now; BobbleBeads! Oh, this is going to be big!
Great products, great prices, and coming soon? BobbleBeads?
