This Artistic Wire is made by first plating the copper wire with a precision layer of pure silver. Then a carefully applied unique enamel color and tarnish resistant coating on top of the silver plating. The silver plating beneath the color adds an incredible high-shine and brilliance to the wire. Q: Can I solder this wire? If so, please let me know what I need to do so. I am familiar with using a soldering iron and the solder on a spool, however, it does not work so well when soldering small delicate wire work. Thank you.

A: Artistic wire cannot be soldered due to the polyurethane coating.
