Crimp Tubes are designed to flatten out when they are crimped. A Crimp Bead Cover, such as our 2.4mm Gold Filled Crimp Bead Cover is used over the flattened crimp to make it look like a round bead.

Alternatively, you could try using a small drop of a glue, like our Zap A Gap Glue, inside the Crimp Tube to hold the ribbon inside the tube, but that may not be as strong of a hold as crimping itself.
