Good but
Overall a good and cheap organizer. The dividers can be removed, but because they can be removed sometimes small beads can seep through the cracks. I recommend for larger size beads

Very Handy
I love that the sections can be rearranged to accommodate different bead sizes, but I wish the removable sections fit a little better. They slide out so easily that just rearranging them can cause them to pop out.

I bought this and apparently didn't realize that you can adjust the width of the individual compartments inside of the container, well it's handy, but definitely can't store seed beads in them unless you have them in little baggies because they will end up getting mixed up from the little space gap.

Great Organizer
I purchased four of these trays to start organizing all of my beads and findings. Great organizers; I love that you can remove the inserts to customize the size of the spaces. These are great, especially at their price point. I will order more!

Okay storage solution
The compartment inserts did not fit properly, no matter how I arranged them the box would bulge and was difficult to close and open. I ended up cutting the inserts down to size and it works decently now. Still works well for the purpose.
