Created by Beadalon, SuppleMax is a monofilament cord, meaning it is just one strand, not multiple strands twisted together. Best beading cord! I use for all loom and woven work! Love it!

I have been doing beadwork for about 25 years now and this is the best cord for loom or woven beading I have found. I love that it is truly clear so it does not pull the eye away from the design with outlines of white or black. This is much stronger then any beaded thread or fire-line Aside from actual wire, and I have never had it break! Also it is the perfect size to go through my size 11/0 Miyuki delica beads multiple times. I will always use this beading cord as I have not found this quality or size anywhere else! On top of that the shipping was faster then expected which was a surprise and the price is very good as 164 ft can go a long way. I will continue to shop here for beading supplies in the future and thank you!

Thin and strong

I like this for the most part. It will “remember “ and kinks or bends you put it through so earring fringe may head in unintended directions. Practice makes perfect.

Excellent product

This size and brand of transparent cord is perfect for beading on printed canvas bead kits. I have tried several brands and sizes and this one is the best. Very little kinking and crimping, goes thru the small seed beads very nicely.

Doesn't work for illusion earrings

Too fine of cord to hold a pearl in place by a crimp beads. If apply too much pressure, it cuts the cord.

Q: Which cording is the strongest yet on the thin side? The .15mm seems to be too fine & will not hold the beads I want to use. How is this cording measured? Also, as for the clear stretch cording, which is the strongest but also thin enough to go through standard bead holes?

A: For additional information about bead cord you can read our guide here. Cord is measured by diameter, you should choose the bead cord with the largest diameter that will fit through your smallest bead hole.

A: There really isn't a difference. They are both nylon monofilament cords.
