These flower-like crystals (also referred to as Marguerite Lochrosen beads) have the ability to be used as a spacer bead simply by stringing the crystal on with the other beads in the design. To use as a drop, use a headpin to create the "stop" in the front of the crystal and then bend the headpin accordingly until the desired position is set. Daisy Spacers can also be used as a button for both clothing and beaded designs. This is achieved by threading a seed bead through the front of the crystal, securing the crystal in place.
