Terms of Sale
Credit Cards.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. We also accept debit or check cards with a Visa or MasterCard symbol. (Please note: For first time orders, 'Ship To' address must be the same as the "Billing" address of your credit card.)
Pre-payment:
For the shipping amount please add the item(s) you would like to purchase to the shopping cart and use our "Shipping Estimator" to calculate the shipping charges. You can also call Customer Service for the shipping cost or estimate about 10%. However, we do have minimum freight amounts so please refer to the Fax Order Form above. Any overpayments will be applied as a credit on your account and may be used towards future orders. You may request in writing if you want to receive a refund for any overpayment.
With a bank money order or cashier check.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the money order or cashier check to clear before your order can be shipped.
With Personal or Business Checks.
Each check is required to have the following: Pre-printed name, Pre-printed serial number (no temporary or starter checks), Complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), Telephone number with area code, Driver’s License Number and State of issuance.
Your order will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving your check.
Each remittance of payment by personal or business check is considered authorization to convert that particular check into an electronic transaction. You have the option to choose not to have your check converted to an electronic transaction. You must notify us in writing that you choose this option.
If you choose not to have your check electronically processed or your check does not meet the above requirements please allow 5-10 business days for the check to clear the bank before your order can be shipped.
California Residents
Please add 8.25% state sales tax to fax and mail orders. Orders placed on our web site will have the sales
tax added when invoiced. If you already have a California Seller's Permit on file with us, it is not
necessary to add the sales tax.
California Seller's Permit.
If you have a valid California Seller's Permit, state law requires us to have a signed "Resale Verification Form"
on file in order to make your account tax exempt. If you are setting up your online customer profile for the first
time, the shopping cart will display the tax. Please fax or email us a copy of your resale information - you can
directly download our Resale Verification Form (.pdf).
Once we receive the form, we will make the appropriate changes on your account. For more information regarding

California Prop 65 Warning.
Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead - a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
At JewelrySupply Inc we recognize the importance of protecting the health and environment of our customers. However, some products such as Swarovski crystals, base metal findings, chains, and charms sold by our company may contain small amounts of lead. We recommend that you wash your hands after handling, and keep all items away from small children and infants.

Returns.
Please return items in the original product packaging and include a copy of the invoice in
the box. Our return address is 301 Derek Place, Roseville, Ca. 95678. If you are returning damaged or
defective merchandise, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-380-7464, ext 5 (US only) or
1-916-780-9610, ext 5 or email cs@jewelrysupply.com for an RMA (Return Authorization Number).
A 15% restocking charge may be charged for items returned not in the original product packaging.
Your return will be processed within 2-5 business days. Freight charges are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy.
We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is for
the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise
given out under any circumstances.
Catalog Pricing Integrity.
All prices in our catalog were current at the time of publication.
While every effort has been made to maintain our everyday low prices, market conditions and manufacturers’
price increases may necessitate price adjustments. Gold and Silver prices may change due to the
volatile nature of the market. Our current pricing is on this web site. We may also adjust pricing
in the catalog due to typographical errors.
Backorders.
We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery, however backorders do occur if we do not have the entire quantity ordered in stock. Please note that we do not charge for items that are backordered until they ship.
Effective 1/1/09, we have a new backorder policy. All backorders totaling less than $5.00 will be canceled in our system. Please add the item(s) to your next order.
Your backordered item(s) over $5.00 will ship out US Mail as soon as they come into stock with no additional shipping charges. If you do not receive your backorder within 30 days, please re-order the product. There are no backorders on 'Limited Edition' items.
Please e-mail or call Customer Service if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.
International Backorders.
At this time we do not backorder out of stock items on International orders.
