Our shipping rates are computed using the approximate weight and size of your order. To determine the shipping rate of your order, add items to your shopping cart and use the "Shipping Estimator" in the shopping cart. Simply enter your zip code when the "Shipping Estimator" window is displayed and the shipping options, delivery estimations, and cost will be given. International customers can also use this tool but will need to select the country (International shipping quotes do not include duties and taxes).

International orders over $500.00 must be shipped by UPS Express for insurance and tracking purposes.

All International customers are responsible for the customs, duties and brokerage fees, which vary with the delivery address. These costs are not included in our freight charges.
If an International shipment is refused in customs or at the delivery address, the customer is responsible for the return freight in addition to the customs, duties and brokerage fees charged for the return to the United States.

All first time orders must ship to the credit card billing address. If your billing address is a PO Box, please list your PO Box. Your physical ship to address can be added upon check-out. (UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes).

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package we ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for ground packages with destinations to Alaska or Hawaii. Do not count Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Most US orders ship with in 24 hours. When deciding upon your shipping method, keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Use our "Shipping estimator" to determine when your order should arrive. Please note that the actual ship date of your order is not guaranteed and could effect the delivery date.
Most International orders ship within 3-5 business days.

In an effort to prevent fraudulent orders, we require all first time orders to ship to the credit card billing address. Due to the nature of online transactions, it is not possible for us to perform face-to-face verification of the information provided. We allow any subsequent order to ship to a different address. If you need your first time order shipped to an alternate address, please contact your credit card company and have the alternate shipping address added as an authorized 'Ship To' address for our verification purposes

Please include a physical UPS shipping address on all UPS shipments--UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
