Unakite is a granite gemstone that is named after the Unaka Mountains from where it is mined in the Southwestern U.S. This is a relatively new gemstone to the scene and is considered a balancing stone that releases mental or emotional blocks. It can stimulate the health of the heart and circulatory system. It is a mix of red/pink/white/grey and epidote (a pistachio-colored gemstone). |
