Bronzite is a member of the pyroxene group of minerals that is commonly found in igneous rocks and meteorites. Bronzite is a variety of enstatite. The color of Bronzite is green or chocolate brown with golden swirls ( a sub-metallic luster called shiller) throughout. Because Bronzite is an iron bearing gemstone, it is considered a protective stone. It is also said to ground one and boost self-esteem. It is found in India and Sri Lanka, Finland, New York and Arizona. |
